Inovation of drill model design and control
Czipszer, Jiří ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis was to make hardware innovation laboratory task Driller subject Programmable Automation Controllers Technical University in Brno. Innovation of task assignment, for its subsequent implementation into laboratory scripts. For this assignment, create sample programs in the languages used in this subject, protocols suitable for submission and subsequent demonstration to students, as well as visualization.
Compiler of source code for SIMATIC PLC
Kubát, Zdeněk ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The thesis discusses an independent compiler for STEP 7 and WinCC V7.0 applications of the SIEMENS company. The compiler processes source files generated in STEP 7 and subsequently saves the processed data in .xls type intermediatefiles. The data of the intermediatefiles serve as source data for functions generating files with tags to be imported into WinCC V7.0. The compiler was created using the C# programming language in Visual Studio 2010.

Movement unit design and realization
Šmarda, Milan ; Lang, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor work deals with construction of model of hydraulic moving unit. As pattern we used model of EDU-mot company, which is used for especially for education purpose. There is describe all development from scheme to manufacturing of all part that model. We talk about design of motherboard, which is now universal for every model, which has eight inputs and eight outputs. Model is controlled by microcontroller AT mega 16. That microcontroller was programmed by programming environment AVR. And whole model was controlled by program from environment STEP7 Micro/win by language STL.
EDU-mod models
Janů, Ondřej ; Voldán, Jiří (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of EDU-mod model. EDU-mod models are used for teaching control systems. The thesis deals with the design of control circuit with microcontroller, programming this circuit and with the design of demonstration tasks. Model is controlled by Atmel ATmega128. Microcontroller was programmed by Biprog programmer, which was made for the purpose of this work. Designed tasks were programmed in STL programming language in STEP7 Micro/Win development environment. Functionality was verified by controlling by PLC SIEMENS Simatic S7-224XP.
Extending the Parking and Boxes Laboratory Models for Connectivity to Decentralized Periphery
Mancl, Vlastimil ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is about the description and connection of box conveyor and parking lot laboratory models to decentralized periphery made by SIEMENS with the usage of PROFIBUS DP communication standard. In order to do so, programs for controlling models were made in three different programming languages: LAD, STL and GRAPH. The programs were developed in engineering software SIMATIC STEP 7, created especially for programming PLCs made by SIEMENS company. Another part of this thesis is about the visualisation of laboratory models, made in WinCC software. The models were rated in terms of functionality and usability for study purposes. The results of this thesis are programes made for controlling the models with working visualisation and a possibility of connecting these models to decentralized peripheries.
Service data gathering from foring press
Macura, Martin ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
This final project consider proposal and implementation data gathering from foring press in heavy industry. I proposed one possible method of saving these data continuously in the files, with the possibility of displaing those data in intranet through web explorer.
Implementation of maintenance module for programming standard PLC / HMI
Tichý, Jan ; Milan, Sobotka (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the company’s standard of SPX s. r. o., where I am design and implement maintenance module. The aim of this thesis is evaluate the possibility of module design and maintenance, to make the best maintenance efficiency. The first chapter deals with the theory of management and information systems. The second chapter consists of maintenance systems. The third chapter deal with the analysis of corporate standard for PLC/HMI. Penultimate chapter is about the design and implementation of the module maintenance. The final chapter describes the module implementation into real technological process.
Design of a proprietary standard for the Simatic S7-300 platforem
Posekaný, Jan ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The thesis deals with the description of the standard for the operation of automation components for PLC Simatic S300. Further applications of the generator source files for this standard.
Automatic wash machine design and realization
Železný, Jan ; Lang, Stanislav (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis is dealing with the design and realization of automatic wash machime, from EDU-mod models, as a support for Programmable logic controllers course. There is a detailed description of the manufacturing process, from design and realization, to verify the functionality of the model. The basis of the board is microcontroller Atmel ATmega16A. Program for procesor was created in software Atmel AVR Studio, and then send to ATmega by programmer UniProg-USB PK Design. Functionality of the model were verified by controlling by PLC Siemens Simatic S7-200.
